Fra scenen avslørte han at de var nervøse for hvordan spillets kompleksitet ville bli mottatt og ble naturligvis lettet når det gikk så bra som det gikk.
Spillet kunne også hente prisen for årets actioneventyr.
Kveldens store vinner ble imidlertid rollespillet «Disco Elysium», som kunne hente hele fire priser i løpet av kvelden - både beste fortelling, beste indie-spill og beste rollespill.
